先日発表された、新しいiPad 9.7インチのRAM（メモリ）は2GBだそうです。
アプリ開発者のSteve T-S氏がアプリ開発ソフトXcodeで確認したところ2GBのRAMを搭載していたそうです。
Xcode 8.3 says that the iPad 9.7" (iPad6,11 & iPad6,12) has 2GB of RAM. It also has the s8000 SoC of the iPhone 6s
